Booking Terms

All bookings must be for a minimum of 2, maximum of 4 adults (16 years or over).  We cannot accept single person bookings and we cannot accommodate children as unfortunately some of our Alpacas are frightened of them.

Payment must be made in full at time of booking.

The full amount will be refunded if cancelled by the customer 7 days or more before event date.  If cancelled within 7 days of event date, no refund will be issued.  If the organiser needs to change or cancel an event, every effort will be made to agree an alternative date.  If this is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

Our experiences are carried out in all weathers EXCEPT high winds.  We DO NOT cancel due to rain.  If a customer cancels due to bad weather, no refund will be given.

Sensible footwear MUST be worn at all times.  We recommend wellington boots or sturdy, waterproof walking boots.  Trainers, shoes, flip flops etc., are not sufficient and we withold the right to cancel if we feel footwear is inappropriate and/or potentially dangerous.  In this instance, no refund will be given.  Waterproof clothing is also recommended, in particular a waterproof jacket in case of rain.

We can cater for gluten free, vegetarian and vegan diets - details of any dietary requirements must be given at time of booking.  We do not give refunds for uneaten food due to dietary requirements we have not been informed about.
